The occurrence of a Blue Screen or a BSOD is a serious problem in all computers, including HP. It can be the result of a software or hardware problem and could be related to malfunctions or damage from the motherboard, RAM, HDD, SSD, WiFi Card or any other laptop or computer part.

As pictured in the below example, we encountered a blue screen problem. This was due to the laptop having a HDD problem. We took out the HDD and tested it. It was damaged.  

When we installed a new HDD, with a Windows 10 operating system, the blue screen problem was eliminated.
